- Find doctors and specialists in your plan’s network
- Review your benefits and claims
- Make your monthly premium payments
If you are enrolled in an HMO plan, it is very important to choose a primary care physician (PCP). You can change your PCP at any time if you are not satisfied with your selection.
Please remove any old insurance cards from your wallet to avoid confusion when visiting doctors or pharmacies.
