The increases affect nearly 18,000 members and go into effect July 1, adding that the quarterly increase will be 3 percent ( with a max. increase of 4 %) . Initially Anthem wanted to increase 6 percent. Estimated total savings to small employers who offer the PPO Solution Plans is approx. $ 2 million, a small amount but nevertheless an important step in the right directions. Anthem’s PPO Solution plan has been in the last year their bestseller in the Small group business.
Any reductions are welcome news for the small business owner who is trying to find affordable health insurance in Santa Monica.
